About the Event
Qi Gong has 4000 years of history in China and has developed exercises for healing and health. In this workshop, you will learn a foundation of Qi Gong. Using the Alexander Technique, we will practice one of the well-known Qi Gong exercises called “ Ba Duan Jin (Eight sections of Brocade).”
Open to AT teachers, trainees, and students of the Alexander Technique.
