Alexander Technique for the Public- All Welcome!

This class is open to anyone interested in learning about the Alexander Technique.  Whether you are brand new to the AT or have been having regular private lessons, you will appreciate the approach of our Assistant Faculty at ATI-LA.  Learn about the basic principles of AT and how to apply AT to your life.

At ATI-LA, we are doing our best to keep our fees low for these workshops. To keep ​y​our costs down, it would be helpful if you can pay ‘Offline’ through Zellepay, Billpay, or by check.  If that is not possible, you also have the option to pay with a credit card or debit card ​, and the credit card fee will be added to your total.
