About the Event
In this workshop, you will explore similarities and differences between the principles of Tai Chi and the Alexander Technique. We will practice various Tai Chi movements, along with basic Qi Gong and natural movement patterns. Â No prior experience is necessary. Bring a towel to fit shoulder width when extended.
Participants must be fully vaccinated and boosted for all ATI-LA classes and workshops.
