11:15-12:45 Jennifer Schulz and Nick George teach ACTIVITIES and GAMES: An Alexander Technique Approach to integrating PLAY into Group Classes. This class is open to all levels of experience with the AT, and might particularly appeal to those who teach Alexander Technique in group settings .

Acting & Improv-Single Class
2:00-3:30 HAYNES BROOKE WORKS WITH ACTORS AND IMPROVISORS Regardless of the role, the play, the film, the particular performance — whatever you’re asked to do, you’ll use the same thing to do it with: your self. What self do you bring into rehearsal, into auditions, into performance? We’ll explore ways to deepen and enliven the methods and processes you already use, with a dose of AT freedom, ease, and fun.

AT for Singers- Single Class
3:45-5:15 Laura Parker teaches AT for SINGERS ~~ Our voice reflects our whole self: body, mind, and spirit. This workshop uses the Alexander Technique to explore singing with ease in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment. Whether you prefer singing on the stage or in the shower, you're invited to explore and embrace your unique voice.
