About the Event
For AT Teachers and Trainees – Come together with the Faculty at ATI-LA to delve deeper into the skills of teaching the Alexander Technique. These include hands-on listening work (of course) as well as listening with our ears.
Beginning with our own Psychophysical Use, refining our hands-on Use, exploring our Use while breathing, and our Use in movement.
Experience & work with a different Senior Faculty each day.
