About the Event
Become more aware of our faulty patterns of movement by exploring the Dart Procedures. These simple procedures recapitulate our evolution from the baby on the floor to the fully upright human. When we apply our Alexander principles, we restimulate growth and development, our range of movement increases, and we are poised. We will start on the floor and move all the way to the upright. Open to AT teachers, trainees, and experienced students of the Alexander Technique.
