About the Event
We will explore primary and secondary curves, and spirals, patterned deep within our neuro-muscular system since before birth. We will use our skills in the Alexander Technique to guide us in changing our habits of movement and to refine our Use. Open to AT teachers, trainees, and students of the Alexander Technique.
