About the Event
Head, Neck, and Arms: No matter what activity we work with – we always remember our head and our student’s head. In this workshop, we’ll look at various ways of working with the head, as well as with the neck and the arms, while exploring different ways of thinking and engaging in different activities. Open to AT teachers and third-year trainees of the Alexander Technique.
