Meg Jolley teaches a series of 3 Experiential Anatomy -- Alexander Technique in Motion classes from 10:30 am-12:00 pm in Pasadena. You may register for single classes or for the series of 3. Individual sessions are $50 each, all three together are $120.
Sunday September 26 “How am I wearing my shoulders?”
10:30-12:30 An exploration of Bones, Joints, Muscles, Posture Patterns and Movement through the lens of the Alexander Technique
Sunday October 31 “How am I supporting myself?”
10:30-12:30 An anatomical exploration of the Pelvis, Lower Back and Legs, informed by the Alexander Technique
Sunday November 14 “Breath, Buoyancy and Torso…ahh”
10:30-12:30 Through the fullness and ease in our torso, we explore postural muscle tone- in stillness, stretch and motion
