Monthly Intro to AT- April

The Alexander Technique is a holistic approach to postural stability that allows us to explore and experience how to

consciously move with ease, and helps us recognize unconscious habits of tension that can often interfere with

optimal functioning in many aspects of our lives.

We will follow current Covid Protocols, which include wearing masks during class.

Windows will be open, so bring a sweater, as evenings in Santa Monica may be cool.
