About the Event
We can encourage learning when we create safe environments without judgmental language. We will explore the impact of words; how do our words land on others and how others’ words land on us.
When words have the same meaning for the teacher and the student, we also have greater understanding. We will explore how to interpret our students’ language to help guide our interactions.
