Online Series: Introduction to the Alexander Technique

Intro to the AT is an on-going class in the Alexander Technique, welcoming beginners and trainees interested in learning to teach the work in a group setting. We will explore strategies for teaching and modeling online, with a particular emphasis on cultivating clarity in our thinking about Directions while exploring sitting/standing, and dynamic bending.
