About the Event
Learn how to work with horseback riders by applying the principles of the Alexander Technique. Help your students breathe and relax with the horse. Horses are a mirror of us and our own tension. Learn how to help your student get on and off the horse and apply the Alexander Technique principles while riding. Open to AT teachers, trainees, and students of the Alexander Technique.
